As a matter of...Sound like an evening well spent =)<br />As a matter of fact, I have been to Hot Pot (or as one of my friends managed to misread it: Hoy Poy). It's definitely a must go! You get a bouillon base and just cook whatever you like in it, kind of like a fondue (meat, fish, veggies, suspicious looking things...). But... You'd better not wear your designer clothes on the evening, because the steam from all the cooking sticks to you a bit.
